First of all the only forward in that list is Lebron James. Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant are shooting guards and Magic Johnson is a point guard.
These players are so different from Shaq that it really doesn't make any sense to compare them.
A more apt comparison would be Tim Duncan, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Hakeem Olajuwon and going forward Anthony Davis. And Shaq in his prime was better than all of them. He would eat them for lunch.
The only reason that is a controversial statement is because Hakeem was actually more skilled than Shaq and Duncan has had a more consistent career but Shaq was bigger and stronger than both of them. Yes, Shaq lost to Hakeem in the finals (in 4 straight), but he was very young and was on an expansion team (The Orlando Magic) while The Houston Rockets were the defending champion had a hall of fame player from The Dream Team in Clyde Drexler (who was so good that his initial team the TrailBlazers passed on Michael Jordan because they already had a shooting guard).
Shaq won finals MVP 3 straight years when Kobe was on the same team and didn't win his two until after Shaq left. So if you are going to compare the two, that is telling.
Shaq also won a Championship with the Miami Heat in 2006.
Shaq was the most dominant player in the game and no one today can compare to the player he was from 1999-2006. He had a lot of foot problems because he was so big and that really slowed him in his later years. But from 1993-2004 every other player was afraid of being run over by Shaq Diesel.
