Where will Jay Cutler play in 2016?

Unless he gets traded it will be chicago. The bears won't draft in top 5. He Already is guaranteed $10 million for next year.his salary will only be $16 million. He hasn't looked bad considering the state of the receivers he's had.  The o-line has also been in flux. He could also help a rookie qb if the bears draft one.
